Tourism, a double-edged sword, brings not only great financialbenefits to locals, but also a high pressure on environment. It is not a solecase that tourist area with spectacular sightseeing ends up in seriousenvironmental destruction. Moreover, environmental protection is a demandingtask which requires solid financial support and elaborated plans from experts,both are limited in the context of local decision.

To sum up, despitethe advantages locals possess, rational governmental projects are alsoirreplaceable in environmental protection. Only through this can powerfulprotection methods been achieved.
